The grand piano is such a beautiful piece of art apart from being an instrument.вЂќДЄ balcony sits around the living room and houses a host of different potted plants. AdnanвЂ™s piano is very dear to him and he says, вЂњWhen I got the structure of the house I knew where I wanted my piano to be and we designed everything around it. The lobby wall has white embossed wall paper with clusters of pictures of the couple in all moods and frames of original gold records and music memorabilia.ДЄ large etched glass sliding door opens into the living room that has four areas вЂ“ one where the Grand Piano stands one has a large dining table, one has a small bar, and another has two sets of sofas. The main door (is partly made up of pure gold leaf) opens to a lobby area that has the living room on the left, and doors leading to the kitchen, the private lift, the home theater and a winding staircase on far right end that leads up to the other level. He and Roya are also very fond of Persian carpets and have used beautiful ones across their house.

And that is another thing that Adnan is fascinated with вЂ“ calligraphic art. The wall at the entrance is covered with a huge calligraphic painting that has inscriptions of the Quran. It took one-and-half-years of hard work to get just the floor work at home completed,вЂќ he says. We got traditional artisans who have been doing this kind of inlay work for generations. вЂњI love the classic marble inlay work of Arga. The entrance of AdnanвЂ™s home has an exquisitely ornate, hand-crafted inlay work on pristine marble with semi-precious stones and mother-of-pearl. We both wanted to have a home that reflected our modern outlook as well as have a certain classic feel.вЂќ He says, вЂњRoya and I have seen a very modern as well as a very classic kind of architecture. AdnanвЂ™s home reflects the aristocratic background he is from and there are unmistakable sparks modern touches amidst the classic dГ©cor used all over the house.
